Boarding Kennels
Evidence of current immunisation is required before admission. Minimum vaccination level required is C5. Dogs must be under proper control and secured by lead on a collar or harness.
Purpose designed for dog boarding, the kennel design covers hygiene and security concerns. Kennel runs are constructed from white colorbond sandwich insulation panel and are full height “walk-in” units, fully segregated, entry and escape proof, constructed as blocks of five runs, with each block having a security bay. Each individual run has a floor drain and trap so that no dog is exposed to waste from adjoining runs. Full height segregation prevents dogs being stressed by the dogs in adjoining runs.

Facilities are top class and rival similar establishments in Canberra and other capital cities. Dogs are housed in individual runs with plenty of undercover space and if you have more than one canine friend, you can arrange for them to share the same run. Cats are housed in individual snug ‘cat chalets’
Cattery
Evidence of current immunisation is required before admission. Minimum vaccination level required is F3. Cats must be secured by enclosure in a proper cat carry cage.
Cats are boarded in purpose designed double cages. Except at peak periods, each cat has a double cage to itself. At peak periods the cages are divided into two to meet the demand for space, but single space is still generous even for long-term boarders. Cats are always boarded in their own space. Berridale Pets Holiday Lodge do not operate a “communal cat boarding” facility, or permit cats to share accommodation, even when they come from the one family.
